In the video you are using soft elastic - does this only work with soft elastic

No, I used the soft elastic as an extreme example to show how versatile the bait distributor is, it will work with any elastic. For best results you should use the following elastics - for normal use elastics of 12 - 14 and upwards, for heavy groundbait use elastic 16 and upwards.
